To ensure we build a nurturing, safe, and empowering coaching relationship, please review and agree to the following:

 

1. Our Coaching Relationship

• Empowered to Bloom provides emotional support, mindset coaching, postpartum mentorship, and guidance for personal growth.

• Our time together is a sacred space for exploration, resilience building, and self-discovery.

 

Please know:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

• I am not a licensed healthcare provider or mental health professional.

• If specialized medical, psychological, or therapeutic care is needed, I encourage you to seek it with a licensed professional.

• You are in full sovereignty of your healing journey.

• Coaching is a partnership where you remain responsible for your choices and well-being.

 

2. Confidentiality and Care

Everything you share in our sessions is held in complete confidence, unless:

• Required by law (for example, if harm to self or others is disclosed)

• You provide written permission to share information

• Your privacy and dignity are deeply respected.

 

3. Payments and Scheduling

• Full payment is required before our first session unless otherwise agreed.

• All services are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

• If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

• I understand life with a new baby or a transition can be unpredictable. If emergencies arise, we’ll work together compassionately.

 

4. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

• Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• If I must reschedule for any reason, I will offer you new available times promptly and with care.

 

5. Commitment to Empowered Growth

• Coaching is a process that works best with honesty, willingness, and trust.

• I am here to walk beside you — but you are the expert of your life.

 

By entering into this coaching partnership, you acknowledge:

• You are ready to explore new possibilities with courage and grace.

• Results vary based on your participation and personal journey.

• You remain the powerful agent of your transformation.

 

6. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking services or purchasing programs with Empowered to Bloom, you agree to honor these principles of partnership.

• You acknowledge that this Agreement governs our coaching relationship.
